This project is a complete renovation of a historic home in Madison, Wisconsin. We partnered with the homeowners to transform their lower level into a vibrant, modern family space for their kids to play, watch movies, and hang out.

While we were at it, we also updated the home’s mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems and renovated the master bathroom on the second floor.

This project was a true collaboration, bringing together our design and technical expertise with House Architect and Cadence General Contracting. Together, we are building a home that is both beautiful and functional for this family to enjoy for years to come.
